Reagent Reservoir with 384 dimpled depressions and 1 common control reservoir with only 1 depression on the left column, chamber depth = 2.54, made from polypropylene, each
The VP 531J1 reservoir at the right features a main reservoir with a capacity for 185 ml of reagent and a double column control reservoir with the ability to hold 10 mls. Again both sections are dimpled to minimize dead volume loss. The reagent reservoir conforms to SBS standard dimensions of 127.7 mm long 85.5 mm wide and with a 25.4 mm deep cavity and stands 32 mm tall. The reservoirs are constructed of solvent resistant polypropylene.
The dividing wall is 1.3 mm wide. Check your pipet tip separation to see if it can accommodate the wall thickness.
When you have thin wall dividers between control wells of both polypropylene and PTFE reservoirs we DO NOT RECOMMEND AUTOCLAVING THE RESERVOIR FOR FEAR OF DEFORMING THE THIN WALLS.
