This ORP probe is an optional accessory for the proSET fermentation system. It measures the oxidation-reduction potential of the fermented media, which could be an indicator for the anaerobic conditions/reactions. This low-maintenance and sterilizable probe is designed to withstand repeated autoclave cycles without any decline in the measuring accuracy.
