Scatter plots help visualize differences between control and treated cells. And they assist you to compare cellular characteristics at different time points of the experiment.

Gating regions enable you to classify subpopulations and identify (rare) cells of interest. In addition, you could add HoloMonitor Single Cell Tracking for further single-cell analysis.

Moreover, histograms show cell population distribution of selected morphological parameters at selected time points.
