The pricing shown on our website reflects our UK list pricing, excluding delivery charges and taxes such as VAT. Prices are shown in UK Pound Sterling (GBP). On some pages you can find a clickable icon which will change all pricing on the website to include VAT, it looks like this:

This can be used to preview prices including VAT.
VAT Exemption
Many of our customer are exempt from VAT as their work consists of medical research or other VAT exempt activities. If you have a VAT exemption certificate you can upload it during checkout, by ticking the box to indicate you are VAT exempt. It looks like this:
International Pricing
We sell some of our products internationally. The online pricing for these products remains the same, and is shown in UK Pound Sterling (GBP). When checking out of the store online, payments must be made in GBP and shipping charges will vary depending on destination. for more info, see our page: Ordering outside the UK.

Quotations
We can provide you with a standard, or custom quotation if required.
Download a quote/PO
To download a standard quotation at list price, for example, for a grant proposal, you can use the feature on our checkout page:
This will produce and download a PDF purchase order/quotation showing the list price and product details of the selected products (if available online).
Get a custom quote
For some products on our website, we don’t advertise a price. You can get a custom quote for these products. To request a custom quote, simply add the items you require to your cart using the “Add to Cart” or “Add to Custom Quote” buttons on the product page.
Once you have selected all your items, proceed to the checkout page where you will see this notice:
