The Power supply is integrated within the base unit and has adjustable precise 1Vor 1mAincrements to a maximum 15V or 3mA constant voltage or current output; timer function to 999 minutes forextended runs.Specialist preparatory combs for specialist applications are double-sided 1mm (1-/2-sample and 4-/16-sample standard) included for nucleic acid recovery, plus four multichannel compatible 2-/28-sample combs for rapid screening of nucleicacids from 96-well thermal cycler blocks and microtitre plates. Extra thick 3mm preparatory combs also included for enhanced DNA recovery.
