SOLIScript® 1-step CoV Kit

SOLIScript® 1-step CoV Kit is optimized for highly sensitive detection of severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) viral RNA by one-step real-time RT-PCR (RT-qPCR).

SOLIScript® 1-step CoV Kit is suitable for detection of up to four targets simultaneously and can be used with all common qPCR cyclers.

SARS-CoV-2 primers and probes, applicable positive and internal extraction controls are not provided with the Kit and should be supplied by the user

SOLIScript^® 1-step CoV Kit is tested and validated for SARS-CoV-2 detection by diagnostic laboratories.

Applications:

• Detection and quantification of RNA targets with qPCR (including SARS-CoV-2)
• DNA/LNA hydrolysis probe based assays
• Suitable for singleplex and multiplex reactions

Reagents Provided:

• 5x One-step Probe CoV Mix
  • HOT FIREPol® DNA polymerase, reaction buffer, dNTPs including dUTP), 15 mM MgCl2 (1x qPCR solution – 3 mM MgCl2a)
• 40x One-step SOLIScript® CoV Mix 
  • SOLIScript® Reverse Transcriptase, RiboGrip RNase Inhibitor
• Water, nuclease free

Shipping and temporary storage for up to 1 week at room temperature has no detrimental effects on the quality of the reagents.
